| Q. | I am not able to upload the audio and video as the system is not accepting more than 2MB. How do I increase audio and video upload size? |

| Ans. | This is due to the PHP INI directives which prevents excessive size file uploads and are generally restricted to 2 Mb of uploads. Please contact your hosting company to increase the limits for file size available for uploads of lets say videos and audios.
The limits are set via the following directives
file_uploads = Must be set to On to allow file uploads.
post_max_size = This is the max size of the POST body and contains the file also where uploaded. This should be slightly larger or at least equal to upload_max_filesize below.
upload_max_filesize = This is the maximum size allowed to be uploaded if the file_uploads is set to On. This is generally restricted to 2Mb and should be increased to lets say 50 Mb for a decent sized audio or video file.
max_input_time = This is the number of seconds allowed in the PHP script for waiting on input from a form when you post. This should be sufficiently increased to accommodate the large file uploads.
Sundry settings
max_execution_time = This is the number of seconds a PHP script is allowed to be executed before getting killed if the execution takes longer. This should also be tinkered as sometimes the posting of large files and subsequent processing takes longer.
Please talk to your hosting about this and they will know what to do. |

So, please click on the full screen of all your videos while they are playing to resolve this issue. The full screen button is located in the right side of the menu bar of your video player.
We have define a standard size for everyone to upload their videos and to fit the video into the player you need to press full screen button at least one time. |
